But then at the end of the day as I said we are all work in progress. We learn about ourselves more and more every day. With every day we learn to adapt, tolerate and overcome any hard experiences we are going through in life. That if we have the mindset that we want to be better and do better. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>&#8220;You may think you&#8217;ll never get over it, but you will, and you&#8217;ll be fine.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>For the past two weeks, I was working more on being happier and enjoy the time I have. I had days that I failed and some days that I went to bed being content. I have attended Yoga classes, something I have been wanting to do for a while now and believe me it helped be more at ease and disconnect from the world. Even if the yoga does not sound like you, try to give it a shot or even just some meditation. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>While reading last week, I came across an article talking about how lonely people enjoy the hot shower more than others and why do they spend longer times in the shower, as it replaces the warmth they lack emotions. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Well, reading that explained very well what I mentioned in the <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/test.thebitterolive.com\/rice-mujaddara\/\"><em><strong>last blog<\/strong><\/em><\/a><strong> about how I have been enjoying my daily walks under the burning sun and have that feeling that I couldn\u2019t describe. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>This week\u2019s solo meal is a very basic one, yet something that we don\u2019t do each day. My baked cheese dish was my way to pamper myself last week. Which are basically our hormones of happiness! It is not only the <em>Umaminess<\/em> of the cheese, but it is that feeling of being content that it brings as well. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Since I was a kid, I have been a big fan of cheese. I was lucky enough that while working in Hong Kong my restaurant used to get all the fancy farm-made different cheeses imported freshly from France. I had the chance to try all that we used to get, sometimes even more than try. But that gave me the chance to taste the cheeses whose names I can\u2019t even pronounce till now. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Moving away from my love for cheese, here I must confess that since I went to culinary school, I lost my interest in watching series or movies. I still do watch some from time to time. <font color=\"#000000\"><span>But <\/span><\/font>honestly can\u2019t remember the last time I have even switched the TV on. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>How lame no? well, I prefer Music, I would watch concerts instead of films, music is something that keeps running in the background the whole time I am home. So, if you are not a series or a movie person like me, tune your online streaming to your favorite band or singer\u2019s last concert and watch it maybe you will also get carried away and sing with every single song. And eat the baked cheese along. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>This meal is really a very easy and straight forward dish to make.
